ASSESSORS TRAINING
The aims and objectives of this programme is to impart initial training requirements to enable trainee assessors, to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out assessments. Upon successful completion of the training and with evidence that the skills and knowledge have been successfully applied in the workplace, the delegate would be eligible to conduct workplace assessments, providing they themselves are technically competent in the discipline being assessed.
Entry Requirements
This Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement course is open to anyone who is working in a learning and development environment and has access to two candidates and assessment opportunities. You need to demonstrate competency by having qualifications or experience in the subject area you want to assess. You will also be expected to have basic numeracy, literacy and IT skills in line with national occupational skills for Learning and development practitioners.
What next after completion?
The qualification can be used in its entirety if you are working as a Vocational (NVQ) Assessor. You can go on to complete any other learning and development courses. Assessor (CAVA)

Target Group
For workplace managers, trainers and individual who are interested in assessing in a learning environment and or in the workplace. The full qualification makes you an all-rounder to assess Apprenticeships technical training, all types of work-based assessing and as well assess in all other training environment.
How is this Course Delivered?
All of these courses are offered both via our online learning platform and (Physical) which are supported with interactive resources and webinars to cover the key topics where you can interact with a tutor and your peers. You will be appointed by a tutor who will support you throughout by review your progress.
Diagnostic Assessment
We will do a full diagnostic assessment with you to give a comprehensive picture of your gaps in learning and then create an individualised learning plan to meet your specific needs, concentrating on what areas you need improvement.
